Your accommodation, transportation, and activities are all included! You'll also get airport transfers and meals. Plus, a fantastic group leader will be with you throughout your journey!
Any additional meals or drinks not listed in our inclusions, international flights to or from our destinations (unless stated as included), travel insurance or visa fees.
Can i book additional if i reach early ?
Yes! If you plan to arrive early, you can easily book additional nights at the same accommodation used during the tour.
Can I arrange accommodation after the tour ends?
Absolutely. Your group leader can help organize post-tour accommodation while you're on the trip. Just let them know your plans when you arrive, and they’ll assist you with the arrangements.
Can i change date of the tour?
Yes, you can! Just let us know at least 30 days before your scheduled tour start date, and we’ll happily move you to another available date at no extra cost.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes! Once your deposit is paid, you can make flexible instalment payments
Can I book accommodation before my tour starts?
Yes! If you plan to arrive early, you can easily book additional nights at the same accommodation used during the tour.
How do I organise my airport transfer?
All of our tours include an airport transfer for when you arrive. A return transfer (after the tour) is not included, however your group leader can help arrange this for you, along with any other onward travel you need.
Are flights included in the price?
Flights to and from the destination are not included in the price of the tour and will need to be booked separately. However if your tour has an internal flight as part of the itinerary, then this is included!
Is travel insurance compulsory?
Travel insurance is not compulsory for all our trips. However, if you are interested in purchasing one, we can assist you with that
Do I need a visa and can you arrange it for me?
Visa requirements vary depending on the country you are traveling to and your nationality.

What should I pack for my tour?
No matter if you're carrying a suitcase or a backpack, the golden rule is to pack light!
Do you cater for people with special medical requirements?
Your safety and well-being are our priority, and we want to make sure you're fully prepared for a safe and enjoyable trip.
If you have any specific medical requirements, please let us know in advance so we can offer the right support and guidance.
For certain physical or mental health conditions, we may request a letter from your doctor confirming that you're fit to join the tour. If this is needed, we’ll inform you ahead of time.
